For a title screen, the first thoughts that come to mind are these... Maybe on the top rectangle, first (left side) half, top to bottom "Shiji" (without quotes). On the second (right side) half, top half of right half "Hero" and immediately below that "Legend" But if someone good with graphics has a better idea, I'm all for it. Then, where the Black over red background script is displayed below the rectangle, maybe: "English Version - 2018 Dynamic-Designs" or... "Not for Sale" ![]() |

This is how the title appears in the game box & manual, I guess they ran out of money/too lazy to colour it properly ingame... Attachment: title colours.png [ 139.57 KiB | Viewed 22091 times ] |

Yeah, sadly, while the SNES is capable of that kind of color detail given some slight modification. Grafting it in is probably not possible. At least I wouldn't want to do it if I were Bongo`. It would take a lot of effort. Box art is typically better than the in game art. Not always to that great of a degree, but usually noticeable. However, that game is not a stellar standout in the graphic department and I can see why they didn't bother with that in game. It definitely looks as if the game was done on a smaller art budget than many. However, I'd rather see a cheap graphics budget and quality story than a quality graphics budget and mediocre story. |

I, too, and this one seems to have that potential so far. Get caught up in the game, and many don't even notice the side features. I was happy as could be with a good 8-bit RPG.

New Hack for Title uploaded to the bug tracker. The rest would need TF's touch to complete the title screen. |
