Triplet isn't a bad default choice (strange as blazing enemies with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuplets as a concept is.) Coiled Dragon is a great one, too bad it doesn't fit. Trichaku?

Something with "3" or "tri" could work I guess - 3x Nunchaku, Trichaku, Tripole etc.. By the way, this game works well on both ZSNES and SNES9X, 2 playthroughs made that perfectly clear.
