I level grinded until I reached level 9 where he learns a useful technique called Energy Drain or something like that which drains HP from the enemy and heals the main character. Why didn't he fight the boss in his Golem though? By the way, this gets even stranger... Turns out that right before a freeze point occurs, the game's text boxes corrupt. If you save using a .srm save when that happens and load the game, everything works fine afterwards. There's a problem with some of the later dungeons it seems. I'll look some more into this.

Edit: Hopefully, Taskforce is doing alright. Tornadoes are some pretty serious business...

By the way, I just noticed that Shiffon's name appears as Chiffon on the battle menu. Is there any way to fix this? I couldn't find where to change his battle screen name anywhere in any of the text files.

Heh, welcome to formatting. I've seen it spelled both ways in several places, too, including outside sources.

So, pick the one you like. Do a global search on the whole file with all of the variations in spelling. Standardize it in all of the script (text) and misc files.

DO NOT CHANGE IT IN ANY ASM FILES!

Reload the game and start from an SRM save. It should all be the same now. If not, Bongo` may need to mod an ASM file.

Just chiming in here. I decided on Shiffon in the script, because Chiffon sounds too feminine and, well, kind of dumb. Not sure why it's spelled Chiffon in the battle menu; it should be Shiffon everywhere else.

The Chiffons were a four lady vocal group who sang "One Fine Day" and a hundred other hits.

Oh guys, I see, you are still kickin' very hard on SNES translations. Soon, there will be nothing else to translate thanks to DD and AGTP, but that is only a positive thing.

Good job anyway.

ps. Personaly for now, I'm waiting for G.O.D. the most.

Not a big deal, but I also noticed that Agurra's name appears as "Agura" in the battle menu as well. I suppose that isn't much of an update, but it's better than nothing. On another note, I'm almost done with the Romanian translation of La Wares. It will probably be done before the end of the year if I'm lucky. After that, I might take on either Galaxy Robo or another game with a shorter script.
