Yeah, the ending did feel very rushed... :(
I stayed away from the Xillia 2 trailer until I had finished Xillia 1... Now I see I didn't really need to. It's spoils nothing. heh

Currently, I finished playing through Ys 1 (steam version) and have almost completed Ys 2... I first played them wayyyyy back in the day when my cousin had a TurboDuo. If you've never played these games, it's worth it for the music alone. It's clearly one of the BEST soundtracks EVER!

I'll probably try to get to Ys Origins after this ;)

I finished Tales of Xillia. I liked how the final battle was done, but still disappointed on how incomplete it felt for the final few hours of the game. I'm playing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 after finishing the first. It seems pretty good, but Obsidian's notorious history for game bugs certainly is true here too. Bioware's game had far fewer bugs.

Well this is a double post, but the previous one was a while back.

I'm currently playing Shell Monster Story for the SNES as a beta tester. Before that I was playing Zelda: Wind Waker for the Wii U, but that will be on hiatus for a little while. Wind Waker is certainly a beautiful looking game, definitely recommend it to anybody that likes Zelda. I also finished the Zelda for the 3DS back during Christmas break. I think Zelda a Link to the Past was my favorite Zelda game of all time so I absolutely loved this "sequel."

Although I'm not playing that much right now (aside from testing Super Shell Monsters Story), I did just drop a bit of money on PSN. They have some pretty great sales on at the moment. I picked up digital copies of Chrono Cross, Zone of the Enders HD, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, Tales of Symphonia Chronicles and rain...! Phew. I think they all only cost me about $40 total! Don't tell my wife!

Now... If only I could find the time to play all these fantastic games! ARGH!

I wound up buying Tales of Symphonia Chronicles, Rain and Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational for PS3. Under $19 for all 3. Can't beat that. But, like you, I need to find time to play them heh. And the 12-15 other games I still need to play I've bought over time. Heck, I still haven't finished Tales of Xillia. I'm almost at the ending, just never finished it.

I did finish The Guided Fate Paradox a short while back, a quirky but fun little RPG. Although, I can see it not having a huge following since its a random dungeon crawler with a pretty unusual and out there type of story. :)

Also played and beat Tomb Raider (that was what Tomb Raider always should have been.) As much a masterpiece as any of the Uncharted games. And that was probably everything I've played and beat this year heh.

I bought Symphonia too when it was under $20. I'll try to get to it sometime this summer. I'm wondering how badly the battle system has aged on that one. Right now I'm still trying to finish Zelda: Wind Waker, I'm at the last dungeon, but its been difficult to find enough time to play anything lately. I also played a little of Record of Lodoss War and I got to the second chapter. I have to admit, I don't like the dungeon design whatsoever. It takes a long time to get used to the controls.

I honestly didn't get very far in Lodoss either... I just did initial script formatting for that project and passed it on to focus on Chaos Seed (and newborn baby).

I started FEZ today. Wow! Loads of fun!

In regards to Final Fantasy Type 0, apparently they are releasing the game in English for the PS4 and XB1 but not the Vita or PS3? That seems really odd unless they plan to really improve it a great deal. How much space would it take if I wanted to try it on a PSP? I think my memory stick is pretty full and I'm guessing this will take 4-5 GB.
