So many interesting projects, thought I would put out an informal poll to see which ones most people are interested in. For myself: 1. Burning Heroes 2. Adventures at Hourai High (a very close second place) 3. Aretha 2 4. Albert Odyssey 2 5. Record of the Lodoss War |

Ah yes, there are indeed quite a few interesting D-D projects that are going on. The ones that I'm most interested in are (in order): 1. Nekketsu Tairiku Burning Heroes 2. Record of Lodoss War 3. Chaos Seed I'm honored that I'm part of both the Burning Heroes and Record of Lodoss War team! |

I'd say the ones I'm looking forward to the most (both working on and finishing) are: - Albert Odyssey (both I and II) - Burning Heroes They aren't numbered due to the fact I'm equally interested in putting my hands on both and help shape them up, with the same love and dedication I've given MA and Feda. |

Hourai High School first and foremost. Everything else after that (I'm enjoying Mystic Ark a lot, shame I don't have as much time as I want to play it... Still it makes it last a little longer that way.) |

Mostly Chaos Seed and Hourai High School. For the others don't care much, but if they will be translated it'll be great. |

Hmm.... Those games all look quite nice! I wonder if any other groups have already picked any of them up. |

While we're in the topic of untranslated games that no group is currently working on, does anyone mind if I mention a few? There are three SNES RPGs have really caught my eye for some time now: Haou Taikei - Ryuu Knight: http://alexandria.rpgclassics.com/SNES/ryuknight/ryuknight_1.txt Crystal Beans from Dungeon Explorer: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/snes/file/575562/23352 Ys V: http://alexandria.rpgclassics.com/SNES/ys5expert/ys5expert_2.txt A member at romhacking.net named Neige was working on Crystal Beans and even had "teasers patches" (one in English and one in French) that covered the first town and dungeon. I'm not sure if he is still working on it. Last time I saw him post a year or two ago, he was looking for a translator. I don't know if he found one or not. The hacking work and the font insertion were great though. As for Ys V; I've seen mention of it on some forums, but I don't know if anyone is currently working on it or not. An incomplete patch that only translates tech and item names can be found here: http://www.romhacking.net/trans/499/ As for Ryu Knight, there doesn't seem to be anyone at all who is working on it or even has to my knowledge. It's listed on a untranslated SNES list at both Transcorp and RHDN. The other two games both have videos on youtube, but I haven't seen any of this game. Quite a shame as it is a great game in my opinion. I hope that I didn't trail off too much. |
