Gideon Zhi, good to see your work on Lunar finished. I wish GameArts would make a new Lunar instead of releasing the tenth remake of the first Lunar. You also mentioned something of a possible Christmas surprise too on your site, is this another one of your current projects?

If Hitler invaded Hell I would make at least a favorable reference to the devil in the House of Commons

Well, my internet just came up after a 24-hour hiatus, so I can offer my congratulations!

Here's a link to a video showing highlights of the game (and, by extension, my edit.) It's about 18 minutes long and doesn't really showcase the flow that I worked for, but it should be a decent example of overall quality.

Writing within the limited confines of an 8-bit or smaller game, I find to be particularly challenging. (i. e. our PS-G and DoaE-II) Normally (in an SNES game), I over-write, then condense under the cardinal guideline of what I consider one of the three most important tenets of professional writing, and that is economy of words. With limited space however, continuous word-smithy is a precision gruel from start to finish, rather like writing a sonnet in iambic pentameter!

Really cool to see this Gid! This looks like a really cute and entertaining game. I like the romance. I think that's kind of a hallmark of the Lunar series, they are basically love stories.

The Devil takes notes from Lina Inverse? That sounds about right.
