Minna's save message has a period before the start of the message in at least two places: the lake, and inside Kattat mountain.

The ending says "ORIGINALS STORYS" although that was probably Engrish from the original Japanese version.

The food called "hot milk" is called "warm milk" instead if you actually order it.

Also, the clue for the four block puzzle at the tomb seems a little unclear, although I have no idea if it was as bad in the original Japanese version. The blocks are star, moon, waves/sky/water (?), and sun, and the clue doesn't even mention the sun.

Oh, I doubt it matters, but the emulator I was using was Snes9xGX 4.2.5 for Wii. I had to use save states tosave the game since this emulator won't properly emulate the save game on Slayers.

Indeed, its an unrelated issue, but regardless the only emulators that correctly emulate save RAM for Slayers are SnesGT and BSNES presently, as far as we've tested.
Keep in mind that this issue is not related to the patch.
