I also noticed a post popped up on the board at GameFAQs: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessa ... c=54014648
I also posted a youtube video that unfortunately is really horrible quality. I tried repeatedly to fix audio issues, both sync and levels and finally gave up. :( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KAfx6PCLdU

The Devil takes notes from Lina Inverse? That sounds about right.

What did you use to encode it? and also how did you create the video file? through Zsnes?

BTW, I have finally updated the Slayers page here at D-D. Yes, I just saw the Gamefaqs info. Those several posts popped Slayers into the top 10 active boards. Hmmm... Busy place!

And I also spotted your You-tube upload already. When you get everything smoothed out, I would like to post a link from our Slayers page here or wherever Taskforce sets us up for videos. He took down my Lennus-II and Feda videos a long time ago - said they locked up people on dialup.

Talk to Valis77 over at YouTube. He's got that LP procedure wired.

Valis77 cracks me up! Listen/watch the first four or five minutes of Lennus-II Ep.1

I used a program I use for streaming video called WebcamMax. It is like a virtual web cam and can make a camera source out of any window or custom area of the screen. I've use Fraps before but I had the same sort of audio sync troubles. I didn't try an emulator with video features, though it crossed my mind. I figured that it would take me longer to figure out which emulators can export video than to try it the way I did.

At first I was doing the voice over as I captured video but it was going out of sync. Then I tried adjusting settings to fix it. Then I tried just capturing AV and doing the voice over separately which should have at least let me get the voice as a separate track from the sound, but somehow it ended up capturing the sound along with the voice (actually I think I get how that happened now). Anyway, I spent like 2hrs on it and got fed up. :P

I believe Zsnes has its own video format. I don't know how easy it is to export to other formats but I'll give it a go.
After all that effort you sure need a break from it all Matt.

Hmm...what kind of recording are we after? a few minutes of gameplay (teaser) or a collection of short clips? (trailer)?

Edit: I wasn't able to muster a good result at all yet. Zsnes videos don't display at all and Snes9x videos
are about as big as mammoths and look as ugly as a rabid tasmanian devil, so I'm open for alternatives on this.
