This was done by FlashPV, that guy who wants to translate FEDA in French, earlier today.

Gosh, a-mighty!! C'mon, fellow D-D'ers... Help me figure out how to load the international letters into Feda. Our friend deserves to have French support and see his dream come true.

FlashPV, I haven't forgotten you. I need those letters in there for Feda Portuguese, too. It's just that we're a small group and pulled in so many directions at once. Please be patient. We'll get to the promised land. And, we really appreciate this title hack!! Come on over and visit us now and then. Thank you, too, Garrett!

If the font's not compressed, it's an easy addition. Otherwise you'd probably have to add the new tiles to the data and recompress.

Awesome, that looks great! My thanks goes out to FlashPV! And also, thank you for posting this here Garrett! I hope no one minds me making a small nitpick. The word "Heroes" would probably look slightly better if it also had the green streak running through the bottom of it like the word "Burning" does. Also, I think that adding "the" in front of the "hot-blooded continent" might sound a bit better grammatically; "The Hot-Blooded Continent". Don't get me wrong though, I'm very grateful for this English title screen! I just like putting all the cards on the table and offering any suggestions I might have so there's more options for discussion. :)

Yep, discussion is a good thing. I'm happy with whatever makes everyone happy.

That other one was probably just a WIP.

I think it's safe to say that you can have Bongo' insert this now.

Very nicely done! It looks much better like this! I also agree that it's ready for insertion now!

Edit: By the way Wildbill, does that error still persist when you receive an item or use the jump shoes and the game freezes? It sounds like quite a nasty bug! It seems as though Deltaflame's early patch doesn't contain such a bug. I'm curious, does this have something to do with the font insertion or a game/script coding of some kind? Well, I hope that all goes well.

No , Sir... It's not a bug. When Bongo' establishes certain menu support strings, probably inside the inaugural Misc (menu) files (as opposed to script or text files, i. e. the "blocks") That string won't crash any more. On the other hand, if it turns out that string is within the text blocks (and we can locate it) I can do a spot translation, insert it, and voila! We'll get past that point. At that time, I will send you, Ritchie, noname345, and Red Soul the first playable Alpha patch!

We're in good shape, Recca, ahead of the "game", hee-hee.. (pardon the pun). Chaos Seed, HHS, and Slayers has precedence right now, then Bongo` will "lauch" his considerable juices on Aretha-II and BH!

Flashpv did a great job on that graphic... Love it!
I'm still not sure how I feel about the whole "hot Blooded" part... But I guess it would really easy to airbrush out if need be.

If we leave it in just this one place (omitting it on the splash page and making a notation in the readme that the official name of our translation is just Burning Heroes) and never use or refer to Hot-blooded Continent anywhere else, that may be okay. I most definitely want to disavow all association with the Roomaji version of those sub-title Kanji! I mean, a translation should be exactly that. As far as DoaE-II, no one refers to it routinely as Destiny of an Emperor-II - the Story of Zhuge Liang. Whatever you all decide is fine with me.
