I'm not sure if this is a bug or normal in the game, but what is the point of the NPC that refills your bottles for a fee? If you rest at a inn not only you're fully recovered but ALL your bottles (including those in the tool bag not equipped) are completely refilled.

Is this a bug or completely normal? It's been a long time since I've played Paladins Quest originally but I think you had to actually pay to get those bottles refilled not just go to inn to rest.

Its been a while so I cant remember, but were there situations where you found that guy that refills the bottles in dangerous places where an inn was not available? Otherwise I think its just a redundancy that the game creators didn't think about.
